Conductor is a developer tool for macOS that lets you run multiple AI coding agents side by side in isolated workspaces. Each agent (like Claude Code or OpenAI Codex) gets its own copy of your codebase in a separate workspace, so you can run many experiments at once, watch what they're doing, and merge the changes you like. This removes the traditional bottleneck of sequential AI interactions and turns your machine into a coordinated AI team. With Conductor you can: - Add your repository and let it clone your code to local workspaces. - Spin up parallel agents and see at a glance what each is working on. - Review diffs instead of entire files to quickly inspect what changed. - Merge back selected improvements into your main branch. Git worktrees are managed automatically under the hood so you can focus on *evaluating results* instead of juggling environments.
